Keep My Heart in San Francisco: Review

Rating: 5/5 stars
Review: I have really enjoyed this book. It is one of the best contemporary reads I have read this year. I loved the plot and characters in this book. It's about a girl named Chuck who's dad runs a bowling alley in San Francisco which they are about to lose because they can't pay the rent. Chuck's ex-best friend, Beckett, decided to help her make easy money and go on adventures to do so. This was also one of the cutest books I've read because of the romance in here.

I connected with the characters well and didn't have any problems with them. I love how Chuck loves her fashion and how she would do anything to stay in San Francisco also how Beckett would do anything to get her to stay. The romance between the two was cute and I loved it. Seeing how they connected and understood each other made it so much better. I loved their adventures and dates they went on together.

This book also did well in talking about mental health issues. This book will also do well in a classroom for kids to learn from. This book was well-paced and easy to read. I had no problem with this book at all which is why it gets its full 5 stars. I recommend it to those who love contemporary reads and are fans of Jenn Bennett.
