The Mall: Review

Rating: 4/5 stars
Review: This book was amazing! I really enjoyed this 90 themed, mystery (scavenger hunt) book. This book teaches about friendship and two girls going from enemies to friends. It's from a graduated senior pov who works at the mall in the summer. Cassie's boyfriend who works at the same store cheats on her so she decided to work at Bellarosa where her enemy works at.

The author's writing is beautiful and I loved how she made this a mystery book that takes place in the mall. The pacing was right and I loved the references of stores that we go to like JcPenny and Macy's. The characters were also amazing and I loved the way the author developed the character's friendship. Drea was my favorite character in the book because in my opinion she was just misjudged and is a fun person. Cassie annoyed me a little when she kept repeating the same thing over and over again which you will see when you read the book. The romance in this novel was perfect for this book which means it was not the main focus. Overall this book is good. I recommend this read if like a 90 themed mystery book.
