Lobizona: Review

Rating: 5/5 stars
Review: An immigrant Argentinian who seeks information about herself and her father that she never met.

This book was really enjoyable to read and one of my favorites for the year. I really enjoyed the author's writing and the way she wrote about a different world. The world-building was wonderful and different plus there were mysteries involved. This book had a combination of fantasy and mystery with Argentine ethnics. The author also added Spanish dialogue which was really amazing because then you know what language the characters are communicating with.

The characters were another good part of this book. I loved the characters and the main character, Manu, developed a lot through this story. She had to stay home and was homeschooled because she didn't have the right to stay in the US but the way she developed and communicated by not being afraid showed how strong and brave she is. Manu made amazing friends through her way when she had to go to the school for witches (brujas) and werewolves (lobizons). (If you read the book you will understand why she had to go).

This book was just amazing and the setting, theme, everything was just wonderful. I heard there is a sequel coming out which I'm so excited about because the ending just made me want more and I had so many questions. It didn't leave on a cliffhanger but there are still questions that need answers to which might be revealed in book 2. I really recommend this book because I know you guys will enjoy it!!!
